My only real complaint was that the A/C didn’t work properly the whole time we were there (5 days), the indoor temp at night wouldn’t get below 77 degrees and during the day it was of course hotter ( we were gone most of the daytime) the owners were accessible, apologetic, and did send their property management team to the house to try and remedy the situation, but unfortunately nothing worked, and we slept uncomfortably every night. Dirty towels were folded and put away, as were dirty dishes. This too was disappointing but fixable. A partial refund would have made me feel better about the situation but all I was offered was apologies. Also the pool is not heated. I feel this should be mentioned in the ad. Being from the northern part of the country this wasn’t something I even considered, so that’s on me.
