Overall very good. Apt very clean and well equipped. Quiet but very close to tram into city. Several small issues, hosts responded promptly and problems resolved. AC didn’t work—turned out control needed new battery. Handle on kitchen tap fell off— hosts responded and repaired. Two burnt out light bulbs. Suggest printed instructions about keys—when leaving apt it’s awkward to try to retrieve instructions buried in old emails.

Lovely modern unit in a great location. Walkable to lots of areas and close to tram stop. Quite apartment.

A great Airbnb stay and ideal location for checking out Carlton and surrounds. Easy access to city. Very modern and clean. We chose this Airbnb for both the location and because it had secure carpark and we needed easy access to an apartment since we were travelling with a baby. The only downside to this Airbnb was that partway through our stay the staff asked for the garage remote back and didn't replace it. This made it difficult in terms of garage access and more challenging with a young baby and pram.
