We so enjoyed our stay at Matt & Nancy’s place. The house is conveniently located right off highway 61 just before entering the main part of Grand Marais. The highway noise was not a concern during our stay. The kitchen was small but thoughtfully arranged & well-stocked to still be able to easily make meals for a crew of 5 adults. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was the perfect place for our long weekend getaway in Grand Marais!

We loved this property for a family vacation with our dog. Very easy to find, close to town and recreation options. Clean, cozy, comfortable, and with heated floors! Would definitely stay here again.

As others have said in their reviews, Westside Getaway was a comfortable space with a well stocked kitchen, games, well lit, comfy, and sound machines in each bedroom were a big hit. It's a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive into town. It's about a five minute walk to Up Yonder at Harbor Lights. Yes, it is on 61, but we didn't notice a lot of noise. We love Grand Marais and would recommend Westside Getaway if you decide to visit.

Even though this property is right on 61, there are noise machines in all of the bedrooms, and also sidewalks that take you to mini golf (short walk) or if you wanted to walk into town, plus you can bike right from your place and get on the trail. Everything was updated and spotless with plenty of seating options. Very comfy! Thanks!

The place was beautiful and spacious and had everything needed while we were there. It was located in a great area to get to all the activities and sightseeing destinations with ease on our vacation. I would definitely book this place again to finish exploring the things we missed.
