This is the second time I’ve stayed at Kurt’s place and I love it. The location is stellar for getting anywhere as you walk downtown. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The bed is seriously the best I’ve ever slept in - SO comfy. All the little details combined with the history of the house make this a one of a kind stay. I can’t wait to return. Stop scrolling and BOOK THIS PLACE!

super comfy bed, giant cozy couch, modern and clean bathroom and kitchen. the ceilings were on the lower side, so if you are particularly tall, it might be a surprise, but that is not abnormal for such a well maintained historical home. 10/10 I would stay here again!

This was a great space to land for a few days while exploring Halifax. Just a couple of blocks from the waterfront (and the delicious Bicycle Thief restaurant). Easy check in and plenty of amenities. The bed and pillows were super comfy. There is notable road noise from trucks rumbling by during the day, so if you’re looking to sleep the day away this might not be the place for you. Quiet at night, though!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Kurt's place. The location was close to so many great things to do, and the space itself was amazing - any history or architecture buff would love it. We loved that it was so tidy, comfy and cozy. Just the right size and had great amenities. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We had a very enjoyable stay while in the city for weekend. The parking was a bit hard to find with being a busy street, but overall experience was perfect. Thank you Kurt your location was beautiful and cozy.
