What a unique experience! Very private and relaxing place. Sandy was very helpful leading up to the trip with directions and met us upon arrival to show us how to use the generator. Very accommodating overall and hope to come back again soon!

We had a great stay at the cabin! We wanted more of an off-grid feel so we didn't use the generator while we were there and did all our cooking on propane or over the fire. The cabin was very cozy and has everything you need and Sandy is communicative, helpful, and welcoming. You won't see any other houses from your spot in the woods, and there's a great walking trail that goes right by the cabin. Firewood provided for the outdoor pit is very generous - we didn't use all $5 worth of wood despite keeping a roaring fire going for 4ish hours. Despite having no running water, the cabin is well-set up with a handwashing and dishwashing station. A few more details that might be helpful for anyone considering staying: The mattress in the loft is quite soft, so if your back needs a firmer option, consider that the couch (or even a camping mat that you bring) might be a better option. And plan for mosquitos! (Sandy offered to spray for them - an option)

My wife and I had such a great time here at the cabin. We took full advantage of the campfire outside as well as the woodstove inside, haha! We were able to bring our 6 month old as well as our dog, which was just perfect. It was quite private and made for the perfect little weekend getaway. 10/10 would recommend this place. Sandy was quite responsive to messages and was a great help. We want to come back in the fall if possible!
