Everything was great. Communication was quick and easy. The apartment is nice and cozy. Only a few minutes walking from the sea. We really enjoyed our stay.

Жилье соответствует описанию, хорошее местоположение, внутри есть всё необходимое от постельного белья до кухонных предметов. Напротив дома есть супермаркет что очень удобно. Сам хозяин квартиры отзывчивый вежливый и очень гибкий, с ним легко сотрудничать что не мало важно для любого отдыхающего. Гостеприимство я бы оценила на все 100 процентов. Район тихий не далеко от центра, по близости есть рестораны кафе, легко можно добраться пешком до центра и достопримечательностей. Настоятельно рекомендую.

We enjoyed our stay at Ilias and Mhary's place. We found the appartment to be fair for what we paid and Ilias was very responsive. All listed items were there, bar the washing mashine that was out of order during our stay, but we didn't need it either way. Probably I wouldn't say it's in the city center, as it took us around 20 minutes to get to the port, but the appartment was in a local, quiet neighborghood, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. We were happy to avoid the crowds and blend in with the locals and we found plenty of amenities nearby. There's a supermerket right outside the house, and an outdoor cinema down the road. The house was clean and well maintained for it's age. I'm coeliac so I found the kitchen and utensils in perfect order, so that was a big plus for me. We rented a car and it was easy to find parking on the street. All in all, highly recommended.

Alloggio semplice ma confortevole dotato di tutto quello che serve TV, lavatrice,aria condizionata, cucina completa a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. La cortesia e la simpatia di Ilias ha fatto il resto.

We have had a wonderful stay in Kos and Ilias‘s flat has been a great choice. It‘s at a walkable distance from the marina and the city center and there are many supermarkets just across the street. Ilias has been a great host, he is very helpful and has great tips for anything you need or want to try out on the island. He also offered to drive us when we needed it. We really recommend the flat and thank Ilias again for being such a nice host!
