We had a lovely stay. The house is full of art, light, and color. Our hosts were friendly and gave us advice for walks and restaurants. We had brought eggs to cook for breakfast, but it turned out that we only had access to the microwave and coffee maker, not the stove, so we had to go out for breakfast. Otherwise, it was an excellent trip all around.

The space is lovely and full of art. There is a nice yard and the room was very cozy. The only thing I’d recommend bringing or supplying is a sleep mask. The curtains are in the sheer side so the light comes through .

This is my third year staying with Dawn, and it's become my "home away from home." I love the peace and quiet and solitude of her home, yet it's so close to all the things I love seeing in Cape Ann. The space is gorgeous and very inviting, and I really love spending time there. Whether you enjoy sightseeing, hiking, arts/culture or experiencing all the amazing food options, this is a fabulous area to do all of that. I haven't gone in the summer so I can't speak about the beach scene, but have visiting many of them in the fall and they are all wonderful. I just got home from this trip, but I'm thinking about next year already!
