We loved our stay at the Ashwood house. It was warm, welcoming and so comfortable. The area is beautiful! We enjoyed hiking, fishing, and exploring. We hope to come back soon!

This was our 2nd stay and we loved this beautiful cabin just as much as last time. The location is walking distance to the shops & restaurants of Mentone. The cabin is absolutely darling, well- stocked, and was very comfortable for our family! Enjoyed every minute!! Many thanks!

We wanted a quiet place for a girls' getaway weekend and this was perfect. The cabin was amazing. The kitchen well-stocked and everything nice and clean and neat. It was a great backdrop for us to relax and catch up. Thank you!

Perfect cabin for a quick family getaway weekend. Great jumping off point for exploring the Little River Canyon and such a comfortable home to return to. Great light and wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out. Easy walking distance to a scenic overlook and the local restaurants and market. Well decorated. Paden and Meredith were easy to contact and very helpful when we had questions about exploring the area. Would love to come back again and experience it in different seasons!

This precious cabin was a delightful getaway for us! Surrounded by forest and seclusion, yet you can walk to the little "downtown" of Mentone. It's right next door to the Wildflower Cafe, highly recommend, yet you can't even see it from the property. It's the best of both worlds in terms of convenience & seclusion. It's the homiest, most well-thought out, hospitable rental we have ever stayed in! Not only is every detail considered, but they are all provided! Extras of everything you didn't even know you needed! Pantry staples, linens, toiletries, entertainment and the most lovely spaces to enjoy it all! From the bedswing & fireplace on the porches, to the fully-stocked kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, comfortable bedrooms and a fun loft area, it's truly a delight! Everything felt fresh and new, yet there's a hint of nostalgia with carefully selected antiques and even a record player with an amazing collection of LP's! It's everything you want in a getaway rental!
