Extremely walkable. Many restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk are within a 5 minute walk. Parking is difficult, but there are several paid lots within a block. Was a fantastic place for our annual friend trip. We especially enjoyed the 4th floor rec room!
This house was great for our girls trip! Lots of room, very clean, walkable location to pretty much everything. We really enjoyed the game room on the 4th floor and it was nice to have TV’s in every room. Would definitely stay here again.
Good spot, close to attractions and the boardwalk. Felt safe. Rather dusty though
The perfect location to stay at AC. Very close to the boardwalk and Hard Rock Cafe. Steps out the back door and you're literally in an alleyway that connects you to two very nice restaurants. The house was very cozy and had all amenities mentioned and more! Would definitely stay again. Parking was the only, "eh", but we got lucky two blocks up. Not sure how that street would look during peak beach season.
This was a spacious house within walking distance to casinos and the boardwalk. Highly recommended

Hi! We are Paul and Ashley, aka The Cozy Couple! We're the husband and wife team behind Cozy Cohost LLC, a full service Short Term Rental Operations Company based in Atlantic City, New Jersey. We are former New Yorker's that fell in love with AC so much, that we purchased a vacation property to enjoy ourselves, as well as share with others. We then realized how hard it was to manage our property from a far and how much we missed AC when we weren't there, so we decided to move to AC and start our business! Now we are hired to help other owners with hosting and operating their properties, and since we live in Atlantic City, we are able to provide our guests with the utmost timely communication and unparalleled service to ensure a wonderful stay! Real estate and hospitality are our livelihood, and every one of our properties and all of our guests are very important to us. Along with our team, we specialize in creating a cozy, clean, safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
