We invite you to relax at our quiet and family-friendly home. Enjoy a perfect climate after a day at the beach, work, or San Diego's attractions. Located 10-15 minutes away from most of San Diego's attractions and the Airport. House offers a spacious well-equipped kitchen and a large living room with an artificial fireplace. You can have a small celebration as long as you inform us and get our approval to host your event. There is a front patio for outdoor relaxation and a three-burner grill. You will have the entire unit for yourself. It is very spacious and cozy for a family or group of friends, or coworkers. The home has two bedrooms, one large bathroom, and a very spacious living room and kitchen. There is another unit in the same building which has no common walls but is located on the second story of the building. The laundry room is accessible by other unit's guests from the outside. So please keep the interior laundry door in the house locked.
