Well cleaned and appropriately supplied, nice stay for a work trip. Great spots within walking distance. A little loud from college life around--not bad, just be aware! ;)

Dan was a great host and the place was amazing. Perfect for the one day i was there. I felt if i needed to stay longer i would’ve still enjoyed the house just as much. Very convenient area. parking was a life saver as well.

We were in town for State Wrestling. The location was less than a 5 minute drive to the arena! Dan was so understanding and helpful! We will definitely be staying at one of his locations again next year!

The house in which apartment is located looks a little run-down from the outside. But apartment itself is very nice. Appears recently renovated. It was spotless, well-appointed, and had all new appliances and amenities. Location is perfect if you want to access downtown Columbia and the University (which was purpose for my stay). Walking distance to anywhere on campus and downtown. Also to grocery store and downtown shops. Only difficulty I had was that, during a bitterly cold spell of my stay (early January), the entry keypad seemingly malfunctioned and locked me out. Dan responded immediately, fixed the keypad, and told me (what I should perhaps have noticed anyway) that there is an alternative lockbox with physical key on the porch. Only I had with the property is that during really cold weather (ie., near zero outside), the front left bedroom becomes almost intolerably cold. But absent freakish cold, that shouldn't be an issue. Dan was a terrific host!

Very easy to get into the unit. Pet friendly is a huge plus!
