整体评价是不错的，交通很便利，刚入住时有些问题但房东很快就解决啦！唯一不方便的是洗衣服是公共洗衣房，仿佛又回到了学生时代。

Spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to MTV restaurants. Great to have a parking spot, although a truck parked right in front.every evening I was there, so took a bunch of maneuvering to get in. Loved having the little convenience store close by....30 seconds walk. The apartment was not as bright as appeared in the photos, although it was April, so perhaps brighter in the summer. The only real issue for me (that would bump me to 5 stars) was that the carpets need cleaning throughout, particularly in the high traffic areas (recommend slippers), and the sofa could also do with a clean. Otherwise, all was good Lili was very communicative and helpful.

Needed a place to stay for a week while working in Palo Alto, and I really liked this one. No issues.
