Joanne是一位非常主動協助我們整個旅程的屋主，在我們到達前已了解我們這次的行程目的和提供了非常詳細的地址和指示，以便我們更容易找到目的地。 在我們到達奧馬哈當天，她及時地通知我們原房屋的狀況，並且迅速地提供了另一個方案，使我們入住時獲得到非常良好的體驗。 在房屋內有她精心地為住客設計的入住須知，當中有許多建議事項，例如：餐廳、購物、遊玩等等。我個人十分喜歡她建議的餐廳備註，感覺到她是一個對奧馬哈非常有愛的屋主！ 更重要的是，她在我們入住的過程中，不時與我溝通，看看有沒有任何地方需要她的幫忙；有一天我們忘了把車房的門關閉，她的清潔工人看到後通知了她，她便第一時間和我聯絡，並且協助我們關好車房的門，真是非常感謝她的幫忙！ 最後她也因應了我們在下午的飛機行程而讓我們延遲退房，這使我們得到了更多的休息時間，以便我們可以應付長途飛行，謝謝Joanne!如果下年我們再次回到奧馬哈，我一定會再次和Joanne預訂房屋！

We needed a place for our larger family as well as accessible for my mom and her mobility issues. Joanne’s place was perfect for that and more! I appreciated the amount of space and the multiple bathrooms for all the bedrooms. Joanne was very responsive in answering my questions and checking to make sure we had everything we needed. We would recommend this house to anyone with a large family looking for a place to stay. We will definitely stay here again on our return trips to Omaha.
