Stunning ocean view from the balcony and bedrooms, beautiful beach. Very good location: with restaurants, grocery store, gym, gas station and shops around. All the guest were happy and enjoyed every moment of the vacation. As recommendation we would like to advise to update some dishes and frying pans. Thank you Brandon for the good service and quick answers. Hope to cooperate again.

Look no further, you have found it! This apartment is fully consistent with the information provided in the ad: although its furniture is not ultra design, sometimes even a little outdated, it is spacious, clean, has all the necessary items for a perfect stay, the bedding is good and, icing on the cake: what a fantastic panoramic view of the ocean thanks to the large terrace! Admittedly, La Perla is not the newest tower on Sunny Isles Beach, but it is modern and luxurious: a large and beautiful marble lobby, efficient valet parking service, beach attendants always available at the pool and on the private beach. Finally, nothing to say about the rental service: Brandon is a seasoned professional and he is efficient and fast in his communications. Everything being perfect during our stay of a fortnight, we did not have to call on him, everything had been anticipated. We absolutely do not regret our choice of rental in Sunny Isles Beach at La Perla #2502. We’ll come back!
