Loved this place! Great location, 2 min drive to a great ramp to drive on the beach. Close to everything but not in the busy parts of Daytona. Great back yard for pets. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We loved our trip to Jared’s place. My husband and I loved drinking coffee every morning by the pool. This place was great , loved how quiet it was! The pool was great and awesome that we were able to get it heated! The beach was less than 10min walk, so that was amazing! We loved the location, house, pool & everything! Would 100% recommend this place & we hope to come stay here again with our two young children.

We had a wonderful stay here in April. Jared was a fantastic host, and the location was excellent, with easy access to the beach, convenience stores, restaurants, and shops. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was great. Watching rocket launches from the front yard and beach (3 in one week) was a highlight. Another plus was the proximity to ebike rentals, which we highly recommend for cruising on the beach and exploring the area. The only criticism we had, it would be helpful to have more beach supplies available, and some areas of the interior and pool could use a bit of attention. Overall a good value in a great location. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks, Jared!

This is amazing location in a very safe area. Beach is less than few mins walk from this place. The pool area and backyard are all fenced and it really helped with our little pup. Jared was very responsive and answered all our questions in reasonable time. House is old but is well maintained. Couple of light fixtures may need some touch ups but it was not a big deal for us. I will definitely recommend this house for your Daytona Beach plans.
