Alles war super. Wir haben us sehr wihl und gut betreut gefühlt.
We stayed at Paul’s place for a week, the 5 of us. The house had all we needed, kitchen fully equipped. Paul greeted us when we came in and showed us everything. Including local restaurants and attractions recommendations. Place was easy to find, easy access to local restaurants and shops. Breathtaking surroundings and a few nice walks nearby. Paul was a great host, making sure we had all we needed and was very responsive. We would love to have the opportunity to stay again!
Paul was welcoming and friendly host. He gave us house your explaining all the amenities and working functions of house equipments. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved stay at Paul’s beautiful apartment. Location was super with breathtaking Mountain View from balcony and windows. Overall we loved staying at Paul’s place. I recommend his place if you are planning next trip to Innsbruck region.
Paul was an extremely responsive host. He was friendly, easy to reach & was very clear. The house is well maintained, spacious & convenient for 4 adults & 2 kids. Location of the house is 20 mins from Innsbruck city centre. 30 mins from some key ski slopes - all in all convenient for us as we had cars, and the house had plenty of parking. Definitely worth it to stay with Paul if you have a longish break & want to explore the area slowly, at your own pace.
A spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and spacious house that suited our family of four very well. Paul provided lots of household essentials and even a welcome drink. Paul gave us a good tour of the house on arrival and provided a helpful pack detailing local restaurants, shops and amenities. He was very accommodating about us checking in early as there was no one staying the previous day which we were grateful for as our flight got in early. We used the house as a base for skiing, the nearest resort is about 25 mins away (Mutters) but there are others such as Axamer Lizum, Bergeralm (good night skiing) and Fugen fairly nearby. A car is probably essential, although there are buses, you can reach the motorway in about 10 minutes and Innsbruck in about 30 minutes. The Olympic bobsleigh track is well worth a visit - on certain days you can experience a ride down the track.

Mein Name ist Paul, ich bin 64 Jahre alt. Meine zwei erwachsenen Kinder sind bereits ausgezogen. Da mir mein Doppelhaus nun zu groß ist, habe ich mich entschlossen eine Haushälfte zu vermieten, wenn die Kinder nicht gerade zu Besuch hier sind. Seit einem Jahr befinde ich mich im Ruhestand. Meine Hobbys sind Segeln, Schifahren, Berggehen, Wandern, Musik und die Pflege meines großen Gartens.
