J’ai réservé ce logement pour mes parents qui y sont restés 2 semaines. Ils ont été sous le charme, l’emplacement et l’équipement du logement étaient au top et Philippe les a très bien renseigné. Je ne peux que recommander. Mes parents m’ont dit que la prochaine fois qu’ils reviendront ils feront appel à Philippe. Encore merci pour tout ! Seb

Excellent location, fantastic view, lovely peaceful apartment. This is one of the best air bnbs I've ever been to. Philip is super helpful and friendly. The apartment is about 7 mins walk from Baie de Citron and is on the No 10 and 11 bus town that runs from town all the way to Anse Vata. It also carries on towards the university, so if you are studying French at Creipac this is a great place to stay. The living area has a beautiful view of the Marina. It is just like the pictures. The apartment is on the end of the block, so it is very quiet. It's on the first floor and there is a quick lift or you can take the stairs. The supermarket is about 2 mins walk away. The place is immaculately clean and has everything you need to cook. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement de Philip. La terrasse surplombe le port qui donne un certain charme à la vue et la température y ait toujours très appréciable. Il y a un centre commercial tout proche et la baie des citrons n'est pas très loin. L'appartement, de plus, est très bien équipé.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and in the perfect location- supermarket and a little pub nearby, beach and town within walking distance. We were pleased to see it was much bigger than the photos let on and we had a great time watching the boats coming in and out of the marine. Thanks Philip!!

Philip’s place was an excellent base for us as a young couple with a great location. Philip was excellent with communicating to us about public holidays, where to collect the keys and find the apartment. It’s on a public bus route and about halfway between Anse Vata and central Noumea, as well as being across the road from a supermarket. Thank you Philip for a great experience in Noumea!
