Maxwell Beach Villas were fantastic, honestly even better than the pictures! Both beach and pool were amazing and easy walk to a few things near by (Welches beach, Oistins Fish Market). Best thing about the apartment though easily has to be the view from the balcony and the mesmerizing sound of the crashing waves at night. Highly recommend!

Toni was most helpful, and staff onsite were incredibly friendly. Villa and grounds were lovely. Felt very safe on site with security at main door. The villas do back on to a very busy and somewhat loud road. Directly across from property is an abandoned building with garbage on property. Villa is walkable to amenities- grocery store is approximately 15 minute walk.

Wonderful! Perfect in every way. Lovely large apartment on 4th floor with fabulous views overlooking the pool and beach. Comfortable furnishings throughout and more than enough crockery and cutlery in the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee machine etc. Both bedrooms had walk-in dressing rooms and ensuites. Balcony had constant breezes which were welcome. Bus stop literally right outside entrance and large supermarket and ATM just 10-15 mins walk away. Easy walking distance to Oistins and St Lawrence Gap. We had the pool area and sandy beach almost to ourselves. Would definitely stay here again with no hesitation. Toni, who manages the property, was super responsive - thank you.

We had a great stay at Maxwell Beach villas. The apartment was well stocked. The place was extremely clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Toni was a great host. I greatly recommend it and would stay there again in the future.
