We had a wonderful 10 day stay in Evergreen. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding the home, the cooler temperatures, and the cozy and unique features of the home. It definitely felt like our "home" away from home. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well-supplied with various necessities. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, spices, etc. The host was so gracious to provide everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing trip. Bert was a fantastic host, friendly and so welcoming, and responsive to any questions we had. His attention to detail was obvious throughout the house and greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub experience while surrounded by nature. The home's peaceful location provided just the right amount of privacy, while also allowing us easy access to explore and enjoy the nearby quaint towns of Evergreen, Idaho Springs, and Georgetown. Thanks Bert and Suzan for opening up your home to us. We loved it!

Great place! Kitchen has everything you would need. Couches and beds are very comfortable. Bert is very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this rental enough!

My family came from out of town for Christmas at Bert’s. He had decorations, lights, and a Christmas tree set out for us. The home was better than the pictures and we didn’t want for anything in the kitchen (we cooked quite a bit for Christmas dinner). Everyone was very comfortable, and we spent almost 100% of the trip at the home enjoying each other’s company. It was truly a great holiday.

We enjoyed our month at this great home in Evergreen. We were able to feel at ease and take in the mountain scenery while being comfortable and well supplied. We hiked nearby and had plenty of family fun around the house. Thanks Bert!

We visited Evergreen for the first time to attend a family wedding at the Lakehouse. It was difficult to find a property in Evergreen to fit our needs but this one was just perfect! The house was large but cozy. The location was private and the property had amazing views. The host was excellent, accommodating and communicated with us throughout our visit. The house had every amenity you could think of and more! We would definitely recommend staying this property. Thank you!
