Martha was easy to reach and very receptive. She quickly addressed anything we messaged her about. I stayed with my two kids, 9 and 5, and the gated community is very safe. We enjoyed the pool and the security guards were also helpful and nice when we left for walks or were expecting a driver to pick us up. We were there for two weeks and Valentina, the housekeeper, cleaned a few times. She is also very sweet and friendly. There is a new shopping center across the street with a good bakery and grocery store, so getting groceries was easy. There are several good restaurants within walking distance as well. My kids especially enjoyed the surprise Easter basket Martha left for them. Easter is one of their favorite holidays and spending it away from home was hard but that surprise definitely made up for it. Thank you for a great stay Martha! We hope to see you again soon.

La verdad es un sueño estar allí, todo muy limpio y muy organizado, la cocina es regenta, la vista increíble, tienes cerca un mall donde puedes hacer tus compras. Volvería sin duda

Close enough for a tuktuk-ride or a walk or to the centre in a very quiet and luxurious location just outside Antigua. Huge shopping centre at 5 min. walk. Tenniscourt and swimming pool very well maintained, even if you might be the only occasional user. Not the life as you have experienced/will experience in the rest of the country, but a fantastic place to come to rest or to take it a bit easier for a while. First floor full 2 person apartment (house actually) with a very nice super-large terrace with view. Also from the dining area that has more windows than walls. I enjoyed every minute in this house!

This is probably top three best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. The location is so close to everything, the space was so clean, organized and equipped with everything I could possibly need the most amazing part was the layout and the view. There’s so many spots to take in the scenery. The terrace was incredibly magical. BOOK THIS PLACE.
