A fantastic place in the heart of Giulianova Lido. VERY beautiful home! Emilia is an amazing host. Highly recommended!

The villa is OK but in the height of summer the heat in the property gets incredibly intense; there’s no air conditioner and very few fans to cool things down. The surrounding area is also very busy and noisy until the early hours of the morning but you can’t close the windows because of the heat so it makes for quite an unpleasant & loud environment to stay in I’m afraid. The noise is described as average in the advertisement but it’s definitely above average noise in this busy area. The street outside is also closed a lot during the week so parking in the property is restricted and oftentimes we would not be able to get our car out because of the road closures. We tried to leave early and check into a hotel but the host would not refund us the outstanding balance, she only offered quite a poor partial refund. I would not recommend this property to anyone and the host was not helpful, in fact she seems more concerned about making money than about the comfort of her guests.

Very nice and comfortable house, with all that you need. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended
