This place is affordable and accessible, but will not go back due to cleanliness concerns GOOD - location is accessible, but the alley makes me uncomfortable - bed is cozy FOR IMPROVEMENT - this needs serious maintenance; it already looked once thriving but was not maintained well. - the kitchen stuff need replacing already. - The ref's molds gave me the creeps - there are ants coming out of the wall - the faucet in the kitchen and CR needs attention; it still leaks despite being off - despite previous comments on the bathroom lid, it remains detached. While he replaced the pan and the shower head as per my request, I'm not sure if the owner is giving enough attention and care to his unit judging by others' comments, which remain unaddressed.
