I wish we’d had more time to enjoy Dan’s sweet treehouse above Birmingham. The space was perfect for relaxing - set in a maze of decks and gardens. Even though we arrived late, Dan met us to guide the way and give us the grand tour of the many amenities. Thanks, Dan, for a lovely and too short stay!

Dan’s place was awesome, everything we needed and more for our stay. He was very helpful at check in and always available if we needed something. Dan is one of the best hosts out there! We will definitely be back in the future to stay again. I wish I could rate this place more than 5 stars because it deserves it.

Dan is the best. He is a great host but most importantly he has a great place. This is the third time we have stay and it has never disappointed. It has a spectacular view and is very private. Close to restaurants and easy to get anywhere in Birmingham. We will always stay here when we are in Birmingham. Finally, if you like clean places then this is it. Spotless!!

Dan's place lives up to the photos. What a view day & night! Totally private deck with comfortable chairs. Dan spent time describing the layout of the suite and everything. At 71 with no walking issues we found the stairs to be easy and added to the privacy. The bed is comfortable, extras in the kitchen, the jacuzzi tub is a very nice extra. We were there during the week and the neighborhood is very quiet. We took a lovely hike up to the Vulcan, old railroad hiking trail over to Vulcan and the museum. Hop in your car and you are close to everything Birmingham has in just a few minutes. We have a few more trips to Birminham over the summer and this is were we plan to stay.

Had a phenomenal stay at Dan's place. He gave the best introduction that I've ever receiced at an AirBNB. The house has a gorgeous view of Birmingham, within sight of the Vulcan and WBRC sign. Quick assess to the Downtown, Five Points, and I-65. The driveway is steep and difficult to locate, but Dan was sure to provide directions as I arrived. I would stay here again, no doubt, and enjoy another morning coffee overlooking Magic City!
