Our family really enjoyed our time at casa ballena. The house has an amazing ocean view with very nice and open floor plan. We really enjoyed putting out bird seeds and watching all the different types of birds come in to feed. Kim is a great host that always responded quickly. We would love to come back and visit again in the warmer months.

This is a lovely house. The main living space is much larger than the photos suggest, There is an expansiveness that carries out to the back terrace. The terrace has unobstructed views of the entire bay. 180 degrees with the lights in the distance. It is mesmerizing. The kitchen is cozy and functional and we had a few meals at home. The rooms were both comfortable, and bathrooms were great! Nearby is the very touristic Bufadora blowhole with two restaurants which were solid to great. Gordos has an ocean view on the patio and even from inside and the food was good. Lidia's tacos were delicious and the lobster taco was worth it. La India Bonita is about 15 minutes down the hill and also lovely food. There is a supermarket and plenty of markets about 15 minutes away and the house is only about an hour south of the vineyards. It's the perfect place for some peace and quiet but also possible to go and do things. Remember to bring cash for parking fees and tolls and enjoy!!

The house manager was so helpful and made sure we got into the neighborhood and house with ease. The view from the house was amazing and the best thing to wake up to! We even saw some whales. The location is remote and very quiet but just a short drive to the city for all the tourist activities.

It was great to reunite with my family in such beautiful surroundings. Veronica was very welcoming, making sure that our arrival and checkin went off without a hitch. The views, the conveniences of the equipped kitchen and the two things that added the extra happiness: the bottle of bubbly in the fridge and the most comfy bed I have experienced in an AirBnB.
