Lovely apartment and close to bus stop
David was a great host. Always proactive and friendly. Clear instructions and a great location. A great place which is peaceful and close to lots of good amenities. Totally recommended
We have just spent 5 days at the apartment and would highly recommend it! Firstly David's communication is first class, any question is immediately resolved, ever after hours. This includes when reaching out to the owner - again, best communication I've had in an air bnb. The price is unrivalled - for the standard and location, it is excellent value for money. Me and my brother worked during the day and visited Edinburgh at night. This was a pleasant 20 to 25 minute walk depending on where we were going. We are both active but found the walk fine to George Street, Princes Street, Royal Mile etc. The apartment block feels very safe and the parking and entire building have own keys which was great. There is a welcome pack via email which I would suggest downloading as it has a lot of information in there! I could go on but basically - don't hesitate to book!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was lovely and well appointed. The building was quiet with ample underground parking. Host David was very communicative and responsive. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Edinburgh.
This is the perfect apartment for a city trip with kids. The location of David’s place is fantastic and very close to Edinburgh’s city center and its main attractions. Express supermarkets (Coop/Tesco) are merely a 4 mins walk - where you can get anything you might need during your stay. David is a very friendly person and helped us immediately when my daughter forgot her smartphone. We had a great stay! Highly recommended.

Hi, I'm David and I have lived in Scotland all my life, originally from Dundee, and first lived in Edinburgh as far back as 1988 when I moved through to study at Napier Uni, a college back in those days. :-) I've lived and worked in Aberdeen and also lived in Perth. I've worked in Glasgow too so I'm quite familiar with the major cities of Scotland and can offer advice about them if you fancy a wee day trip. I've operated amazing apartments since August 2016, slowly increasing the number of apartments we offer while still ensuring we maintain the highest of standards for our guests and owners. I'm looking forward to sharing these apartments with you all. :-)
