We had a lovely stay with the whole family. The set up with the veranda makes it also a perfect place to stay after summer.

This lovely villa was in a perfect spot on the island for a couple of weeks of cycling. There is plenty of space around the property, as well as in the vila itself. It is spacious, clean and well furnished. We stayed for 2 weeks, and cooked in the property most nights. The aspects that others have outlined, such as ants or mosquitos will be a feature of staying somewhere like this on the island, rather than specific to this place. There are plenty of food storage containers provided which we used, so ants weren't a problem for us at all. Mosquito spray is provided as well as electrical devices to deal with them. The owner was helpful and communicative, and we used Google translate with no problems due to me not speaking Spanish. He came early on check-out day to allow us to get a relatively early flight. There is a small village nearby in Caimari with a nice cycling-friendly cafe, and a nice restaurant famous across the island. Supermarkets are in Inca or Selva, so you would need a car to get to these. Would definitely recommend.

Die Finca entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Sie war sehr geräumig und sauber und man hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge. Die Lage der Finca war auch sehr gut. Außerhalb, aber mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in Selva bzw. Inca. Der Pool war groß und sauber. Einmal musste etwas Salz nachgefüllt werden, aber das lief ohne Probleme mit dem Vermieter. Sehr gut war das es eine „Mückenlampe“ angebracht war, die uns jeden Abend vor etlichen Mückenstichen bewahrt hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

This is a lovely big house, well provisioned, with a great pool, close to Selva which is the loveliest little town. A short drive to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The only downside was that of the 4.5 bedrooms only 2.5 had aircon. There were fans provided for the other bedrooms but it was so hot that these didn’t do a great job. The mosquitoes were so bad that we couldn’t open any windows so the house got very hot. One of our party had over 50 bites! Other than this we had a great time and the hosts were lovely and waited for us on arrival, despite flight delays. The house is well positioned for exploring the rest of the island and the electric gates and manicured gardens give it an exclusive feel.
