Our city center is very picturesque and lively. Via Carlo Alberto, here known as the Via Maestra, connects Piazza Garibaldi with the market square (Piazza XX Settembre) and is full of shops and activities as well as the streets around this path.
We suggest to those who reach us in Nizza Monferrato to visit some places close to us:
- The so-called underground cathedrals of Canelli, about 10 km from Nizza Monferrato, are its fascinating - and huge - cellars where sparkling wine is still made today with the classic method.
