Kathie and Peter were great hosts who communicated well and accommodated us with an early check in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was just the perfect size for two people. The kitchen was equiped with all the things that you need for a long stay. A thoughtful bowl of fruit and some candy made us feel welcomed right away. The neighborhood is very lovely making you feel that you are outside of a city and Kathie's gardens make you feel as though you are in a botanical garden. All types of transportation, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. I will be returning very soon!!

Me and my wife recently had the pleasure of staying at Kathie's AirBnB, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived until our departure, Kathie and Peter went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. First and foremost, the accommodations were superb. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. However, what truly sets this AirBnB apart is the outstanding hospitality provided by Kathie and Peter. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel instantly at home. They were always available to answer any questions we had and offered invaluable local tips and recommendations, ensuring we had the best possible experience in the area.

Amazing hosts. Apartment in great location easy access to subway and street cars. Lots of space to relax and beautiful garden. Everything spotless and plenty on information available about area. It's in an inner city haven. In a quiet tree lined neighbourhood. We can't recommend this place highly enough as the Toronto stay.

This is a wonderful place, a beautifully renovated house, comfortable apartment with big garden. The Annex area is just so pretty, the road is quiet, you can hear the birds, friendly neighbours. I have the impression it's the nicest part of Toronto. Kathie and Peter are wonderful hosts, the best AirBnB hosts I have ever had by far!! Lots of recommendations on where to eat, where to go for walks, bike-rides. They are always attentive to needs, happy to help when in difficulty, they are just fantastic! I highly recommend this place. It feels like home! Thank you Kathie and Peter!!
