Merci Gabriele pour tout. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre maison. L’emplacement est idéal pour les personnes qui cherchent une maison dans les terres. Le logement et les environs sont encore plus beau que sur les photos de l’annonce. Communication fluide et un accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés.

We had a fantastic 10 days in "Le Capannacce", among apricot-, cypress- and olive-trees. The panoramic view over tuscany hills is unbeatable. The house is big and provides everything. We loved the quiet and privacy. Ileana and Gabriele are such lovely hosts, always available, helpful, flexible and very friendly. They even have wine and olive-oil from the family's own production, which we loved. We'd come back anytime!

We have stayed there for a week and we absolutely loved it. Gabriele and his wife are super nice - not only did they recommend great sights in the surrounding area but they have also shared with us their delicious apricots and wine; they are also quick to respond to any questions. The villa and its location are perfect for a family/group get away 😊

Lovely house with everything we needed. Very comfortable for 2 families (6 people) with 2 bathrooms , great kitchen, outdoor dining and AMAZING view. And wonderful with the pool! We had a great time!

Pros: Stunning scenery surrounding the Air Bib villa in Cinigiano, Tuscany Excellent communication with the hosts, who are friendly and accommodating Peaceful and quiet location, offering a relaxing atmosphere Spacious rooms that provide ample comfort An abundance of seating areas ensures everyone has a place to relax Convenient amenities like a washing machine and dishwasher Every room is equipped with air conditioning, offering comfort during hot weather Cons: Remote location, which may not be suitable for those seeking easy access to nearby amenities Limited variety in local stores, potentially limiting options for shopping Absence of a kettle, which may inconvenience those accustomed to English tea culture Insufficient hot water tanks to accommodate a larger group (up to 8 people) adequately Limited choice of local restaurants due to the remote nature of the area The pool may be cold, particularly during certain times of the year, such as May.
