My family and I had a great time. Very clean accommodations and was in a great location. This place offers a nice area right by the new river. Had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were happy that the weather was nice and the river was close enough to be able to just float in the tubes and not have to leave our area. The only thing that we were not aware of was, that we would have to take our trash out to a collection place ourselves. The collection site is closed on Sunday so if you are leaving on Sunday you would need to remove your trash on Saturday in order to get rid of it or else you would need to leave a tip for housekeeping to take it for you. We just bagged our trash and took it home with us. We also had to clean out the grill before we could use it because it was full even though it says you have to clean the grill when you leave. I guess the last people did not do that, also, it says there were tiki torches by the water to use but they were empty (which was fine, because we bought fuel ), but we did not know that there were no wicks so we could not use. But, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the time we spent there.

Nice, cozy location close to the river. The walk from the river back to the house was steep. Both propane tanks provided were either empty or close to being empty. It would have been nice not having to worry about needing to exchange them ourselves or go to the rental office to exchange. We had issues getting the fireplace to work for us throughout the weekend. Although there were instructions, we were unsuccessful in getting it to work. Not sure if it was a user error or if it was broken. Overall it was a good stay.
