Das Haus ist super gelegen. Man kommt von dort überall schnell hin. Ein süßer Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, wenn man möchte. Der Supermarkt um die Ecke ist hervorragend ausgestattet und hat fast rund um die Uhr auf. Der Außenbereich des Hauses, der Pool und die Aussicht sind toll. Das Haus an sich ist spartanisch und altmodisch eingerichtet. Leider sind die Betten extrem ungemütlich, das Haus überall leicht schimmelig und die Kücheneinrichtigung müsste einmal komplett ausgetauscht werden. Die Kaution muss vor Ort bar bezahlt werden. Die Schlüsselübergabe sollte man einen Tick eher vereibaren, da der Host zu spät kam und wir zum Flughafen rasen mussten. An sich ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Mit ein wenig mehr Mühe könnte das Haus super sein.

Our family of four spent a week at this villa at the start of April. We found the villa to be well equipped and a great base for our holiday. The area is ideal for visiting the island but a couple of points to note: We were visiting out of season and the villa is cool in the evenings. Come prepared for chilly nights. There is heating available via the air conditioning units and this is charged extra if used excessively. We were told that our security deposit MUST be paid in cash. This is in the ‘additional safety information’ tab in the listing. At the time of writing; this is €1000 which means you will be going home with a lot of cash. I think this should be updated to include credit cards but this was not an option for our trip. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed staying in the villa and travelling around the island. The outdoor space is amazing. There is lots of different areas to sit and enjoy the sun. The garden is very Mediterranean with our children spotting a few basking lizards. We would definitely visit this villa again should we return to Ibiza.
