It was a wonderful place to stay, and we were totally able to relax . It was spacious, clean, with great scenery and walks. We have already recommended this lovely house and would return again ourselves. Thank you Samantha.

Would highly recommend Samantha’s place and she was a great host. We were a party of 10, a extended family (ages ranging from 7 to 70). There was plenty of room for everyone and the extra spaces such as the upstairs sofa area with amazing views and the games room were a real plus for us. The kids (aged 7-14) were all so happy in the house, so much to keep them occupied, even on the odd rainy morning there were games to play with, the darts and roulette and of course the large hot tub. Happy children equated to happy adults! The place is very homely, well furnished and has everything you need and more. There a lovely big dining table, great for family meals and playing games in the evenings. All the bedrooms were comfy and furnished well, great to see the accessible downstairs bedroom and wet room if you needed it. It was so lovely to meet the animals on the farm too and get fresh eggs from the chickens. Overall a fantastic stay, we would definitely return.

Very clean and spacious house, in a lovely secluded location. The bedrooms smelt lovely, with great showers, comfy beds, and fantastic views! Access to the property is via a very steep track, and the grounds are also very steep, but you are rewarded with an amazing sea view (& high cliffs), if you walk to the top of the field behind the property. It’s a lovely walk along the coast path to Combe Martin, and back up via the flatter valley path. Valley of the Rocks a short drive away is beautiful, and if you can find it Broadsands beach is absolutely stunning! Sandy Cove hotel was a glorious spot for lunch in the sun with a fantastic view (spot the house!).

Fantastic stay, beautiful house, great for coastal walking. Hot tub was great, good kitchen for cooking for group. We loved our stay.

Samantha is a friendly host , her home is clean , spacious, with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The location is isolated and a great place to relax with family and friends. The hot tub , dartboard and huge dining table were fabulous areas to brings us together for quality time . If you need time to yourself there is also plenty of peaceful areas in the beautiful garden . Thank you for a great weekend away .
