Room with double bed with private bathroom in a comfortable house with garden, indoor and outdoor dining room, and one parking place, in a residential neighborhood located 15 minutes from downtown. The house is surrounded by green areas, sports fields, a supermarket and numerous grocery stores. The house is located in the upper part of the city where you can enjoy tranquility and pure air just fifteen minutes from downtown by public transport, you can also park your car safely inside the house which is surrounded by several green areas, sports facilities and food stores. From your wind you can look at the city or look at the mountains.

Excelente lugar, muy cómodo y acogedor. Miguel un excelente anfitrion.
Great place to stay, wide and comfortable bedroom and private bathroom, the place is near main avenues and the city center. You will also have access to the kitchen, laundry room and a parking space, which is a big plus. Cochabamba is a small city so you have quick access to reach any place. The first night Miguel invite me a delicious soup, he also have and extra bike and some Sundays we went out biking to the lake or other places in Cocha. I had a great time staying here and Miguel has became a friend of mine. I recommend this place to anyone who is planning to stay here in Cochabamba, either if you are staying for a short or long term, thanks for everything Miguel I had a great time!
