This large, robust, fairytale house is located in a quiet residential area. Thick stone walls and shutters protect it from heat and cold. You'll have access to the entire first floor, which is very spacious for two people. The decor is somewhat old-fashioned, but absolutely attractive and in good condition. The bright white lighting bulbs detracts somewhat from the atmosphere. The kitchen and kitchen equipment are okay. We especially missed a freezer in the fridge. So no ice cream! Striking: heavy, beautiful and flawless porcelain plates. Wifi and the were good. Showering in the small hip bath was a bit uncomfortable, but the water was wonderfully warm. The upper floor and the basement are not in use when the house is rented out. I would rather call the garden an oak forest. Because of the striking call of the black starling, you sometimes imagine yourself in an exotic jungle. During our sunny stay, our favorite place in the house was the terrace that you can enter from the kitchen and from the living room. There were no garden chairs here on arrival, so we used the chairs from the veranda downstairs. The contact in advance and the reception by Heinz were cordial. He gives good information about the house and the area. counter

Located on a side street in El Boalo. There are some running and walking paths not too far away and its quiet. the house itself is a good side for a no more than 4 persons. Really cozy feeling. The bathroom is tiny as is the shower. the kitchen is large and there's a nice terrace right off of it. for me it ended up being way to far to get to Hoyo de Manzanares but I thank Googlemaps for the false info😄. no washing maschine either.. overall would recommend if a short stay say a week or so.

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und schön in einer Siedlung von El Boalo gelegen. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten das Erdgeschoss nutzen und die Terrasse. Das Internet war blitzschnell, die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bett recht bequem. Gefehlt hat uns für unseren vierwöchigen Aufenthalt allerdings eine Waschmaschine. Heinz war sehr hilfsbereit mit Tipps für die Umgebung und jederzeit gut zu erreichen. Wir hätten auch sehr gern den großen Garten genutzt aber er war nach Monaten der Ausgangssperre verwildert und nicht nutzbar. Heinz fand leider während unseres Aufenthalts keine Zeit, ihn zu richten. Schade! Das Dorf El Boalo ist sehr schön und man kann dort ein paar herrliche, ruhige und vergleichsweise kühleTage verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank, Heinz!

La casa es divina y es mucho mas linda en persona. Está ubicada muy cerca del pueblo de el Boalo y de buenísimos restaurantes de montaña. Fuimos en invierno y la chimenea da un toque especial. Heinz fue muy amable y cálido con nosotros. Recomendable 100% , esperamos volver pronto!
