Laurent was a gracious and incredibly helpful host. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The apartment was comfortable, clean and exactly as described. We felt welcome and at home for our stay. 5 stars and many thanks.

Appreciate your informative tour and local references - excellent location for Paris attractions and local restaurants- walkable area. Very secure property and close to transit Metro/RER - highly recommend

An excellent apartment, just round the corner form the Effel tower and metro to get elsewhere. Views from the top of the build are superb. Laurent was an great host, full instructions and came to meet us when checked in. He ensured that all major questions where answered and pointed the local area including which areas to shop and eat, so as not to pay Tourist prices. All in all wonderful trip.

Laurent is a very nice and attentive host. His apartment is clean with nice views of Paris. He helped with restaurant recommendations and orientation to Paris and the surrounding areas. The neighborhood is situated close to everything you need and quiet at night….the only change I would recommend to him is exchanging the futon bed for a regular queen size bed.
