The property is really lovely- the best part was the beautiful gardens and view of the ocean. The cottage itself was very clean and very spacious. It would have been a bit more comfortable if there was a sofa/ sitting area and Air Conditioning (the bedroom got really hot at night even with the fan), but if you’re into simple living then absolutely fine. Very close to Petite Anse hotel so convenient to have lunch or dinner there. Also close to the beautiful Davie beach (5-10min drive). Overall a great stay, Thank you.

This is a very nice location and the host is accommodating and responsive. The accomodation is a bit odd and a bit less than homely. The bedroom is accessed through a different entrance but is comformtable enough with en suite bathroom. The kitchen, the second bedroom and living area are spartan and not particularly comfortable. We felt the whole place could have done with a bit of a clean. There is a nice porch to sit out on. Great location and fine if you plan to be out and about a lot. The nearby hotel and it's beach are great.

We really enjoyed our time at Phillips place. The neighbors were friendly, the garden and setting were lovely (great grapefruit), and the house quirky and interesting, with plenty of space (but, If you like powerful showers, you'll be disappointed). Beware of accidentally locking inner door to attached bedroom / bathroom, luckily the hosts were fast to respond when this happened to us! We loved being within walking distance of Petite Anse beach, our favourite in the north of the island. We were sad to leave after four days.

Had a wonderful stay and would love to come back sometime. Peaceful settings. Place was clean.
