it was my first booking with Airbnb it was a great experience like home away from home ...it was a peaceful place with all daily needs at approchable distance..I will like to visit it often if I plan to visit Pune...a big thank u for the host for making available a home for guests.....

The host was not responsive. The listing mentioned parking inside premises but had to park on the street. When complained to host, who lives in same building, he said to speak to Air BNB. The bath room was very small. The combined area for WC, Basin and Bath was smaller than an area of a small bath tub. The water leaks from bathroom to main hall. There are no basic essentials like liquid soap in the bathroom. The shower is also not working and also the taps in the bathroom. Since its groud floor, there are insects on floor. There is privacy issues in hall and in bedroom as all glass windows are not well covered. There are basics like spoons and glasses missing in the kitchen. The furniture is old and looks like as if all furniture discarded by owner is moved to this flat. Most of switches are not confidently located. You have to really stretch and bend to switch on TV or Fan. Overall not a pleasant stay and thanks to Air BNB, they refunded my entire amount.
