Townhome, 4 Bedrooms + 3.5 Bathrooms Includes TWO Master Suites One on the first floor and the other on the second floor. All in the beautiful, gated Emerald Island Resort! We're just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Busch Gardens. Going to the Space Coast or the Tampa Bay Beaches? We are close to all of the central Florida attractions! Children are more than welcome in our home! Our home has a Strict Non-Smoking policy. Unfortunately, Pets are Not Permitted. One vehicle Emerald Island Gate Access Card is included no charge. Additional vehicles will require the purchase of an access card for each.

Custo beneficio e lugar amplo para familias
Un lugar bastante amplio, muy confortable y muy buena distribución. Coincide muy bien con ma descripción,tiene 4 habitaciones, por lo que una familia grande puede distribuirse perfectamente. La ubicación es muy buena, a 15 min de Disney.

The HOA requires that each additional vehicle is required to purchase an access card.
As of 1/01/2024 the one-time charge per vehicle is $20.00.
There is plenty of parking directly in front of our home.
