The villa and especially it's view over Makarska was stunning. The villa itself is compact, so if you are looking for internal space this is not the villa for you. The lack of space inside was no issue for us (one couple) because the real selling point of the property was the gorgeous outside area: a beautiful terrace for dining, a comfortable seating area under the shaded pergola and of course the infinity pool with views to die for!! The property has 2 bedrooms, one of which is totally self contained with a separate entrance outside of the main property. This is perfect for 2 couples or a family with older children, but not really suitable for young children. Marino the host was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for restaurants and taxis. The harbour is a 20-25 minute downhill walk from the villa. The beach about 20 minutes... You'll want to hire a taxi to get back up to the villa. We hired electric bikes for the week which gave great flexibility. We loved it!

Everything was perfect! The villa is clean, well-equiped, there's everything that you'll need. The location is great, especially for people who enjoy privacy. It was really peaceful and quite there. Next time we're in Makarska, we will definitely book this villa again. 10/10!!!

The house was nice and clean, and only 10 minutes walk away from Makarska. The infinity pool is really nice, heated and with views on one side over the mountain and on the other side over the sea. The neighbourhood is quiet and the house is surrounded by olive trees. In the house there is everything one needs. Supermarkets are also not far away.

The house and garden are just as beautiful as on the pictures. The area is very calm with no traffic, although by the narrow road up to the house there were building sites everywhere.The view is amazing!! Unfortunately, the weather was unstable and we only used the swimming pool once. The harbour in Makarska is charming and I can recommend the walk around the lighthouse. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back here!
