Naomi’s place is a quintessential experience of Canadiana Cottage life. Being right on the lake, and surrounded by tall pines, and plenty of wildlife, I was immersed into a mesmerizing encounter with nature. The sun was warm, the wind whistling through the trees, and even the split-spat of rain on the roof made our stay at Naomi’s rejuvenating. Sitting on the dock, or in the screened in back porch, one Simply blends into the surroundings, and becomes one with Nature. The cottage is a wonderful example of a prized family possession handed down across the generations. Truly a Canadian cottage experience. Make sure to bring s’more fixings so that you can toast marshmallow’s over the fire. We certainly enjoyed this. Staying at Naomi’s place is a blessing for everyone, and a fantastic place to spend some quiet family time, like we did.

I just yesterday that had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb hosted by super accommodating and proactive host Naomi & Garth. Even before our stay, the host was always reachable and ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. Their responsiveness was certainly a plus. I would highly recommend this property for a minimum of two nights, as there is so much to explore in the surrounding area. It's an opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of city life and embrace the charms of a small village. Be prepared to embrace a simpler, more rustic way of life during your stay.

My favorite part of this Rustic Cabin experience was: sleeping with the bedroom window open - it was a crisp September weekend but I could see the moon reflected on the water thru the magical trees!
