The lower floor, shaded by a porch, houses a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a passage room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside, near the entrance, there is a wood stove and a comfortable barbecue, which together with a huge table made of rough wood, allow to enjoy outside the typical dishes of the area. From here, with a smooth path you come to a natural terrace, where a beautiful swimming pool was built, the pool is completed by a circular Jacuzzi with 3 meters diameter. The large and structured garden hosts also several relax areas: gazebos, sheds, benches, also rich in olive trees and typical bushes of the area. In the countryside below, a path in the wood leads to a nature trail for hiking and mountain biking up to the Rio Maggio river. The property is fully fenced.
