We could not be more thankful for this stay, Jean-Michel and his lovely wife were fantastic, warm and welcoming. Their hospitality rivals that of a high-end hotel, the apartment was pristine and clean. The place is in a beautiful quiet part of town while being accessible to everything we needed in Paris (no more than 25min max. from everything). Comfortable queen bed and amenities perfect for our butter/cheese/baguette date. We will be back again.. and thank you very much for the wine Jean-Michel! We really felt at home, like we got a glimpse into life as a Parisian for our week stay, and we hope to see you again soon.

호스트가 굉장히 친절하고 응답도 빠릅니다. 숙소는 여행을 즐기기에 위치나 구조가 완벽합니다. 테라스는 간단한 식사나 커피를 마시기에 최적이었고 물품들도 충분히 준비되어 있었어요. 파리에 또 오면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶네요 감사합니다! The stay here was fantastic and the coffee on the terrace looked like a dream. Thank you very much for welcoming us warmly. I'll be back the next time I come to Paris.

The host was very kind to greet us on site and show us all the amenities and details. The apartment was in flawless shape, well arranged, with beautiful surroundings. The room, bed, and bathroom were all very comfortable. This is easily the top of our list for airbnbs we would use again after over 10 years of using the site.

Wir sind von der Lage der Wohnung absolut begeistert. Im Herzen von Paris mit schnellem Zugang zu Metro/RER/Bus in maximal 10 Minuten. Champs Élysées und Arc de Triomphe liegen keine 200m entfernt. Jean-Michel hat in der Wohnung auf uns gewartet und hat uns persönlich begrüßt und in die Gegebenheiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten eingeführt. Jean-Michel kann sogar in Deutsch kommunizieren. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein schönes Bad und eine kleine Küche mit allen Utensilien, die man braucht, runden den positiven Eindruck ab. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen mag vielleicht das Fehlen jeglicher deutscher Sender auf dem ansonsten topaktuellen Fernseher sein, - aber man fährt ja schließlich nicht zum Fernsehen nach Paris. Begeistert hat uns auch der schmale Balkon zum Innenhof. Der kleine Tisch mit zwei Stühlen lädt zum Pausieren nach dem Erkundungstrip ein. Durch die Lage zum Innenhof ist es wunderbar ruhig, - auch bei Nacht bei offener Balkontür.

Jean- Michel is a most gracious and accommodating host. The apartment is absolutely lovely and comes with all of the amenities you could hope for. We enjoyed our morning espresso and our evening glass of wine on the balcony. The space is a peaceful spot to return to after a day exploring Paris. It close to the metro and bus lines and walking distance to many sites beyond the arc de triomphe (such as the Eiffel tower) if you are so inclined. We are and thoroughly enjoyed meandering through the neighborhoods.
