Un piccolo gioiello situato in una posizione davvero strategica. La distanza dal mare ( e che mare!) e dai servizi essenziali è davvero esigua. La struttura eccelle nella pulizia delle camere (molto attenta la scelta dei materiali) e nei servizi che offre agli ospiti, soprattutto ai più piccoli (il parco giochi nel giardino è stata una manna dal cielo). Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Struttura davvero consigliata, soprattutto vista l'ottima qualità/prezzo! Ancora complimenti.

Good visit. Listing very accurate. Very nice apartment. 2 big rooms & sensible sized shower/loo. One tiny step at front, otherwise no steps anywhere - including into the shower which is a rare blessing. Parking excellent - our motorcycles were behind gates & right in front of the apartment. Comfortable bed, sockets & sidelights each side of the bed. Plenty of hanging & storage space. WIFI was good enough to watch Netflix with no twirling circle - hurrah! Kitchen with gas hob but no oven. We were charmed to be left a spaghetti recipe with all ingredients including fresh basil picked on site. Full sized fridge. You can sit on the patio & look at the very tranquil garden with olive & fruit trees. Loads of lounging chairs under the trees. Good structured mosquito nets on windows & doors which are needed because whilst there aren't many , the mosquito's are fierce. 2 washing machines 1 euro per wash plus sensible individual drying racks & pegs on the patio. The village is friendly & full of character. We were out of season so it was very quiet but still found a couple of good restaurants in addition to the usual pizza places. The village is a 3 minute almost flat walk from the apartment. Black sand on the beach. Epic twisty approach road from the South - not extreme hairpins though.

Wow, what can we say. we've stayed in a number of air BnB now. Monicas was by far the best, only because of how we were treated. We felt like we were family from the start of the stay..... could not recommend this place enough. Can't wait to come back and recommend to others!

La casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa ma comunque vicinissima al centro del paese e alla spiaggia. Da Villammare è possibile raggiungere in circa 20 minuti Maratea o in 30 minuti Palinuro. Per non dimenticare poi tante altre interessanti attrazioni (tutte consigliate su un fascicoletto che si trova all'interno della casa). Pulizia perfetta e servizio e assistenza impeccabili. Insomma se capiterò di nuovo in zona ci tornerò sicuramente!
