The house is very modern, spacious, and beautiful. We were a group of 7 and the place did not feel crowded at all. The living room was a great spot to hang out in and fit us all, the kitchen is spacious and stocked with cooking utensils, dishware, etc., and hot tub on the roof was nice to have. The neighborhood is quiet and just a short walk to the beach and various restaurants. The listing says there is a garage with a sauna, etc., but only a week before our stay we were told that the garage was under construction. There is some street parking available but it was sometimes hard to find a spot. The house was clean when we arrived except one of the bathrooms had a layer of dirt/dust all around. Overall a great place to stay.

Overall we had a good stay. We had some issues during our stay but management was responsive. We had a non-functioning bbq, but they replaced it the same day. Wifi went out, they tried to assist, but we couldn't get it to work. House was nice. Only complaints - there is nowhere near sufficient silverware for 10 people. Couch and living room chairs are worn out and/or not comfortable - expected more for the money. Needs some maintenance (broken screen door etc.) Overall, no major complaints and I would recommend this house and location.

Great location and nice, clean house! Would stay here again. FYI there isn’t flexibility with check-in and check-out times, but they were communicative when asked.
