If it wasn’t for the typhoon and no power it would be well worth it, we stayed 7 out of 13 days without power and it was unbearable due to no screens on the windows. It wouldn’t be fair for me to rate the airbnb due to the conditions. In the future would I stay there again yes I would.

The house is huge . Backyard is huge. Great fit for family to stay. The house is beautiful and we loved everything about it. My kids and I really enjoyed staying at the house. The house is gated . It also has everything you need. I recommend this house.

Great home for the value. The only minor negative I have is that the neighborhood is a bit rough to get through, but that is not on the owner. The road dead ends at the property and there is a gate for extra security if you feel the need. you still see wild pigs and chickens galore that will wander through, be careful not to spook them and you'll have a wonderfull time watching them. A big plus is that the Property has coconut trees, breadfruit trees, and papaya trees. I've enjoyed eating fresh coconut almost daily. The home backs on up to the jungle so you get a bit of seclusion and you're far enough from downtown to enjoy outdoor hiking and not a lot of people You're only a couple minutes from naval base in if you're here on orders and they are willing to work with government rates for extended stays. The owners are very friendly, will definitely recommend staying here on your visit.

This was a lovely home and my family enjoyed staying here. The home itself was more updated than the other homes in the immediate area. The property is located in Santa Rita, not Agat, which was fine, but just note that when telling any relatives or friends you may have in Guam. It is located far enough from the hustle and bustle to be able to relax, but only a minute drive to a couple of good restaurants, a gas station, a coffee shop, and even a nice beauty salon. Beautiful view, but don’t expect a really wide or close view of the ocean. There were some improvements that could be made, such as making the step from the dining area to the living room less hazardous and fixing the tracking to the sliding door that leads out to the patio, and maybe offering cable tv (we were only able to watch 3 channels the whole time we were there), but nothing major enough to dampen our stay. We do plan on bringing more of our family to Guam again within the year, but for vacation this time (not a funeral) and hope to stay at this property again.
