All brick Georgian style home with columns. Room is medium size with closet, dresser, and armoire. Wired for a tv or can sit in family room. Shopping within 5 miles at Stone crest. Meal preparation is negotiable. Ten minutes from upscale shopping at Southpark, movie theatre is in Stonecrest, Ballantyne area is two minutes away, Matthews Sportsplex is only 15 minutes away, and Carowinds Theme Park is close for families to enjoy! Additional room with two twin beds if needed for additional fee. Additional bonus room could potentially sleep two children for $50 added to base price

Rosemary's place was fine, until we were told there was another guest that was going to be sharing the same bathroom. The listing clearly stated that it was to be a private bathroom. We left after that, and Rosemary and Airbnb handled it properly.

Bachelor degree from Southern Illinois University, Master's degree from the University of Illinois, and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland. Mother of two grown children . Love to read, work out, explore, crochet, learn new recipes, travel abroad, meeting new people, and listening to smooth jazz. Attend church each week.
