Paulo & Marilena's apartment was huge and they were extremely nice and helpful. I would stay with them again for sure. The apartment was on the first floor of a building that was over 600 years old with a cool entrance via a main staircase that lead to the huge apartment with comfortable beds, a large sitting area, a big kitchen, and the A/C worked great too. Paulo & Marilena had the fridge stocked with some cheese, apples, prosciutto, milk, and the kitchen had coffee, Nutella (which my sons were grateful for), biscuits, bread, and other treats. The only draw back was that the shower was on the smaller side, but there was plenty of hot water! We had just come from Rome and Positano prior to Cosenza and those areas were crushed with tourists, but in Cosenza there were few tourist and it was fun to walk the cobble stoned streets of the historic district. They suggested several great restaurants and even helped arrange a taxi to the train station with short notice.

Very elegantly furnished and beautiful place in an old, palace-like house. We, as a family of 4, have loved it. Paolo and his wife are super friendly hosts, very well organized and extremely supportive. This place has been highly appreciated and can only be recommended.

Edificio storico, ricco di fascino, in buona posizione. Host molto gentili e prodighi di consigli. Fare attenzione a puntare il navigatore sulla piazza dove si parcheggia altrimenti il navigatore si perde in strade assurde (con provenienza da sud ).

Bel soggiorno, ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico e personale molto gentile.
