Rørvig is the hitten gem of Sealand, famous for local food production, bicycle routes, galleries, farm shops and mile long sandy beaches, where you have plenty of space. This house is in the area called "Vængerne" with small gravel roads, and no through traffic. There is 700 meters walking distance through the forest to the beach. Rørvig habour is a great spot for relaxation, crab fishing, food and drinks. The ferry crossing to Hundested bring you within 2 hour distance from Copenhagen city. This house if from 1935, so expect a house with old charm. We have completed a major renovation project, installed new kitchen, washing machine, new beds (double beds), airconditioning, new fireplace ( fire wood free of charge), Wifi, large gas BBQ, large television package, sports and international channels, (DK, S, NO, GE). Large spacious living room, with open kitchen. Nice study room, nice bathroom with shower and an additional guest toilet. Large hot water boiler for the long showers. NEW outdoor shower. Large swing, trampolin and sand box in the garden. The forrest next door is great for morning running or bicycle trips along the coast line. House is powered by solar panels, batteri back-up and grid connection. EW charging (11kw) available (extra charge)

Vi har nu flere år i træk oplevet forskellige udlejere af sommerhuse også i Odsherred. Aldrig har vi dog oplevet så proaktiv og fleksibel en vært, hvor at faciliteterne viste sig at være endnu mere lækre end angivet i opslaget. Sommerhuset er elegant renoveret og med en smuk, meget børnevenlig have, der er meget privat. Min ene datter og jeg gik den smukke skovrute til stranden flere morgener og tog et bad i det opvarmede udendørs brusebad derefter. Vi håber at bruge dette hus i fremtiden og kan kun anbefale stedet til småbørns familier.

Rigtigt skønt sommerhus med masser af plads i de smukkeste omgivelser tæt på skov og strand. Huset har ALT hvad man behøver. Et godt sted også hvis man skal arbejde noget af tiden. Vi vil meget gerne leje det igen og kan varmt anbefale det.
Old renovated and very charming house close to the beach in a fantastic location in Rørvig. Very child friendly house and super communication with the hosts. We had a fantastic stay and I can highly recommend this house and would love to return. The outdoor shower is great
I you like nature and peace this is the perfect place! This super quite home comes with all accessories to enjoy your stay and cook for the family! The garden and the little hexagon “hut” to enjoy the last sun rays is like a little paradise... we’ve had several visits of roe deers walking in the garden as well as other nice small animals and birds... the walk to the beach is a meditation by itself and the beach is so quite and lovely! You have it often just for yourself! Beds are comfy, Marianne is so helpful as well! The little village and harbour lovely as well... I wish I could have stayed there even longer than ouf 11 days ... and if you try the outside shower you will never put a single feet in the bathroom anymore! We were there with 2 teenagers that enjoyed it as well a lot! The trampoline in the garden was a treat for them as well as the wonderful beach of course... great wi-fi as well, in case you are missing connection with the other world can be useful as well from time to time ;-)

The neighborhood is very quiet, so not loud music or parties during night allowed. Enjoy the quiet evening, and let the neighbors have the same - right? Enjoy the special charm around this house, and go to the beach if you want to sing and shout.
Odsherred has plenty of galleries, local farm shops and outstanding views.
You have 700 meter to the sandy beach, 1 km to the shopping town of Rørvig and about 1500 meter to the harbour, where everybody do the crab fishing and have great lunch in the restaurant, the fish shop or the grill bar. Great ice also available.

We love to spend weekends and short holidays in our summerhouse in Rørvig, but we also use our boat and autocamper during our holidays, so we enjoy to share our home with our Airbnb-friends. Family is very important and we have all our kids living nearby. Fittness, bikecykling and winter swimming is what I'm passinate about.
