Would recommend the lovely lake house to anyone visiting Oakham or the surrounding areas. Shirley was an Angel of a host.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway from the city. The views of Dean Pond were amazing and you can sit and peacefully enjoy the scenery for hours on end. The home is large enough to accommodate a larger family/group. Shirley was an amazing Host/communicator and made our stay very easy! We will be back again in the future. Thank You Shirley!

Spacious, clean, great view of the lake. Mattresses aren’t the best, most beds were uncomfortable.

Awesome! Shirley was great to communicate with, and fit our group well. The upstairs had plenty of hangout space for our group of 14. Beautiful views too!
