amazing spot in the middle of no where! peaceful vibe, very homey and Eric has everything you'll need. Eric is a sweetie and very informative. My family and I had an amazing stay!

Our family totally enjoyed this rustic retreat! So much to do and enjoy in the cabin (it’s huge!) and so many springs around to visit. Our kids (12-18) loved Royal Springs jump off platform and tubing at the south entrance of Itchetucknee…both an easy 30 minute drive. Eric’s hospitality was great, his property tour so helpful so the kids knew how to appropriately enjoy the numerous amenities in the property. (The adults had an amazing time too!) Mobley’s custom cuts is also a must…you’ll want to cook and trust me, dinner is there! Breakfast too. We’ll be back someday!

This was an amazing experience with spa and all you can ask a beautiful warm cozy cabin true to its nail amazing environment as well and he’s very responsive and attentive we had a blast

My wife wanted to see the clear water springs. I thought I had to drive 45+ minutes but there’s a perfect spot 20 minutes away. My wife loved it and we went there multiple times during our stay. There’s a an amazing pizza place only 3 minutes away with a great ice cream collection. The dollar store(with produce) is right next to the pizza places. Again, 3 minutes away. It has frozen Dino nuggets for the kids, cereal, fruits. Your family can stack up on groceries for the whole week for under $80. It’s very private like the description says. It has all the amenities that your family needs. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, confortable beds, etc. The pool was just perfect. Eric uses another alternative than chlorine to keep the pool clean. It goes super easy on the eyes. This pool made such an impact on our kids swimming skills. I couldn’t even believe how incredible the spa is. The app doesn’t let me write more but I’m definitely coming back. Eric, you’re a complete gentleman. Thank you.

Great place, Eric is a very friendly guy. The best part was the Sauna; we had everything inside the house. It was a Great trip overall.
